Though it is a little bit far from Metro Manila and takes a long journey before you get there, I am very sure that if you get there, all of your worn will be lost. Where to go in Vigan??Well, it’s not a big problem; there are many best places there where you can
unwind. One of this is the “Heritage Village”.

              Heritage Village is one of the most beautiful spot in Vigan City. Though it  looks like an old fashioned place, if you go there, it feels like you are living in a traditional ways. The houses here are relic and they maintained. Although renovations are needed, they used only cheap materials because they are preserving it to be the historical spot of the Philippines. Heritage Village, as you seen in the picture, the pathway is short and only calesa is allowed to pass here.
Also, if you want to buy souvenirs there are lots of vendors along the street where you can buy goods such as t-shirts, stuffs, foods and many more. I considered the Heritage Village as best place to unwind because the ambiance here is very perfect, it is a place where you can focus on yourself and thinks as all things going well whether it is not. Of course, don’t leave Vigan without trying to ride in calesa because riding in calesa is very enjoyable.

      You can also visit the "BALUARTE". A place that is very perfect to unwind. It is one of the best place to unwind.
     Baluarte is actually ten minutes drive from Vigan City. It is owned and managed by our Chavit Singson. He planned to create this for his fellow bigueno for their recreation. All are allowed to visit this place for free admission. Baluarte is like Manila Zoo of Manila. It has imported animals like monkeys, tigers,lions and etc.That if you see those animals you feel amazed and just say" WOW". The environment here is clean, beautiful and very peaceful. A very good choice to unwind and the best place to unwind. It's green environment makes it a perfect place to relax. All your stress will be taken away for sure.

The Summer Capital of the Philippines: Baguio City

 

  Feeling  stress? Do you want to unwind yourself from a long and devastating day in the office works? Well, Baguio City can solve that problem of yours. Baguio City is known as the summer capital of the Philippines because during summer vacation many people go here to make themselves unwind, from its cold weather that makes them feel so relieved or make them free from any stress. It is true that Baguio City is one of the most visited tourist spot in the Philippines because it has a good environment that attracts the people most. Not only the Filipino loves to go here and have their vacation, also foreigners love to visit Baguio during their time here in the Philippines. Baguio also known for its zigzag shape road.

      Baguio is located in northern Luzon part of the Philippines. There are two ways to go here in Baguio , first is via Kennon Road then the Marcos Road. Some says that Marcos Road is much better than the Kennon Road. But some also says that Kennon Road is much better because it is the shortest way to or route to Baguio and in this way  you can see the big Lion's Head made up 

    I remember then, back when I was still a first year high school, I experienced my first time in Baguio. At first, of course I feel so nervous because there are some sayings that going to Baguio is somewhat dangerous because it is near in the abyys but then I was so excited to feel and experienced the zigzag road. WOW! it is the first word I said when we're already in Baguio. Its surroundings were so beautiful, that it feels like your in heaven, walking in the aisle of beautiful flowers. 

  My experienced here in Baguio was unforgettable. I feel like a bird that was free flying in the air. 
  There are a lot of places you can visit in Baguio such as the Mines View Park and the Burnham park which truly  gives you a refreshing feeling and also a very good place where you can think clearly and where you can unwind yourself including your mind, body and soul. In Burnham park, you can ride on a boat and feel the ambiance of Baguio in the middle of the lake. In Mines View Park, you can see totally the beautiful of Baguio because you are in a highest place and also you can take a picture here wearing  clothes of aeta as a remembrance that you once visited the Baguio City.
In Mines View Park, here you can also buy stuff or a handy made products exclusively made from Baguio like clothes, keychains, bags  to serve as a remembrance or souvenir. You can also buy here a pasalubong like strawberry jam, peanut brittle and many more.

          One of the best place to unwind is the well known Boracay, a small island of the Philippines. It is a white sand beach which everyone likes. It has a refreshing environment that makes you feel refreshed from all stress. It is more fun if you visit it with your whole family together with your loved one. It is located approximately 315 km south of Manila and 2 km off the northwest tip of Panay Island in the Western Visayas.

I observed that most of the celebrities go here during summer to enjoy themselves and to forget their tiring days during shooting and also the pressures which they encounter most of their life.   Many are looking for a best place where they can go during their stressed hour. They are busy thinking of best place where they can relax and make them free. Mostly, they preferred to visit a beach with their love one or family and enjoyed every moment happily. But don't they ever think that the best place to unwind, a place to relax is the church? It is the best of all. Maybe, 1 of 10 people agree with me, cause some of them think that church is a boring one. If you are one of them, then it's not my problem anymore.
                     Are you asking on how did church become the best place to unwind? Simply, back then, when you are still young and you are teased by your classmate or playmate. To whom do you go and ask for help? Is it to your father?Then it's just like that. When you feel you are down, You only have one choice, to look up. Right? When you feel that you are carrying the world, we have God who can help us to carry our loads. Just talk to him silently and He will hear you no matter what. Have a communication with Him. You can tell Him all your problems and He can help you in any means. You just have to kneel down, close your eyes and pray to God sincerely.
                   I remember back to my past. I was then problematic because of school works, I feel that my life is worst, I feel that I am the only person in the world that no one helped me. No one care about me. Then I think it's time to give up. I have no idea on how to get through it then someone play a music after hearing that I just suddenly feel free and comfortable and just find myself thanking the God above.
